Over the phone, Kasha was very friendly and welcomed me to come in, giving a reasonable estimate. When I went in, I spoke with a gentleman who wore glasses, who expected me to be the expert in printing. He quoted me almost double the estimate price, for again, what I considered a simple job. His tone made me feel like I was being talked down to, and his interaction did not match the pleasant one I had on the phone with Kasha. read less
